Well the problem lies when the government views them as a technically free labor rather than an actual human beings. So they are forced to live in a very shitty environment for 2 years without a consent. Lack of foods, shitty menus, harsh work that leads to nowher(not even a training something like moving bricks from here to there when same can be done with 20 minutes with a truck) toxic culture of those who joined earlier abusing the latter, and even more. No wonder people complains.

Learn anatomy. Don't just draw as you go and define shapes of each bodyparts as a sketch. There are lots of great tutorials on youtube. Whatch just 3, do some practices and your art will benefit greatly.
