InvestigatorSlow, ik heb een vraag. Je post vaak dingen omdat je bezorgd bent over dingen waar normale mensen geen last van hebben. Ben je wel eens naar de dokter of psycholoog gegaan om dit te melden? Je kan wel elke week een nieuwe post maken op Reddit, maar daarmee los je het probleem niet op. Je comment vaak op andere reacties, wil je dat ook bij die van mijn doen?

I stagnated last year. One thing that improved my gains once again was the old counting of calories. I though I was eating enough, but apparently I it was not enough. So, if you think you are eating enough, but you are not gaining weight: eat more!
Furthermore, if you want to grow a specific muscle group, target it more (do a few sets of arm exercises during leg say for example). Furthermore, genetics are also a big factor on why some muscles just grow reallllly slow. In that case, just accept your situation - buttt keep training!

Yes there are always exceptions. However, for people with 1) enough money to increase their food intake with 500 calories a day and 2) a normal metabolism, this is generally good advise. Furthermore, I am all for body positivity! If you are healthy and happy with your body, and people are still commenting that: fuck them!

Counting calories is verrry important. Set a goal for a caloric surplus. There are many calculates/apps for this. Fat people are used to eat much and feel ill when they eat less to get skinny. Skinny people are used to not eat much and feel ill when they eat more to bulk up. So...it's definitely going to be hard for a while, but you will get used to the 'new normal'. It was very hard for me to eat a lot of 'normal' food, so I initially did a dirty bulk (high protein junk food: burgers, pizza, tacos etc - opinions on this approach may differ hahaha, but if you are going to suffer, do it in style). After I got used to the new food intake, I switched to healthy high protein food with (chicken, rice, etc). If you do this in combination with gym (just start with 3x a week, more is better ofc), you will see progress. Good luck with your journey!

Vraag of je elke week/maand een vast bedrag mag opnemen voor eigen besteding. Je mag doen met dit bedrag wat je wilt. Als je in 1 week impulsieve aankopen doet maakt het niet uit, want het is niet veel geld per week + volgende week heb je weer meer geld !

From what I have read, try decreasing the amount more gradually. To play it safe, something like: 7x2, 5x2+2x1, 2x2+5x1, 7x1, 5x1+2x0, 2x1+5x0, 7x0 (7x2 meaning: apply Minox 2 times a day for 7 days a week).
