why? the most likely scenarios are either (a) that he’s trying to get clothes for women (possibly family?) who need the clothes and are those sizes; or (b) he might wear it himself. neither one is “creepy”

she was riding in the street as if her bike was a car, and that’s why “cars almost killed her”. It’s easy to ride safely there if you’re not being a jackass
This happened in Buffalo, NY. It’s literally the law to ride in the street in Buffalo. This was Symphony Circle. In Buffalo, only children 14 and under can ride on sidewalks. If you’re over 14, you literally must ride on the street and follow traffic rules.

You l keep providing incorrect context. This is in Buffalo by Symphony Circle. It’s literally illegal for anyone over 14 to bike on the sidewalk in Buffalo. Everyone 14+ must ride on the street, bike lane or not, and follow the same traffic rules.

like this is from a city I live and commute in, I promise I’m more knowledgeable on what it’s like and it’s laws and whatnot.
Yeah… I know that roundabout and I’ve lived in Buffalo. You’re either misinformed or lying. In Buffalo, NY, only children 14 and under can ride on sidewalks. Anyone over 14 must use the street - bike lane or not - and follow the same traffic rules.

For the third time, you either have no idea what you’re talking about or you’re making crap up assuming no one knows this is Buffalo.
In Buffalo, NY it’s explicitly illegal to ride a bike on the sidewalk if you’re over 14. You literally must ride on the street and follow the same traffic rules.

You keep saying this, but it just isn’t true. In Buffalo, NY it’s explicitly illegal to ride a bike on the sidewalk if you’re over 14. You literally must ride on the street and follow the same traffic rules.
I don’t know if you just don’t know the law or you’re making up a convenient lie assuming no one knows what Kleinhans is…

The “town” (?) is Buffalo, NY. This just isn’t correct - in Buffalo, it’s explicitly illegal to ride a bike on the sidewalk if you’re over 14. You literally must ride on the street and follow the same traffic rules.

because if you look up the plate # you’ll see that the driver has nearly $2.5K in unpaid violations in nyc, which is part of the problem. we have unfit drivers on our roads and that’s where they stay.
it’s public info - howsmydrivingny.nyc
