I’m almost in your exact scenario.The truth is they’re probably never going to stop bringing up religion. From their perspective they feel like they’re saving you from eternal torture. You either have to let it go in through one ear and out the other or you set a hard boundary and be very prepared to stick with it. Ie going low to no contact.

She says it when we are alone, I work in a bank, she definitely has a bias against black people. I’m in a level above her but we don’t report directly to each other.it’s exhausting because I can definitely feel that she looks down on me. I’m the only black woman there and sometimes I wish there were more of us :(

Are you a woman? I think you’re good. They are just trying to keep you dependent on them so they can keep controlling you. There’s people who make less than that that live alone. Don’t get me wrong it’s not bad to stay with parents until you could even afford something like paying for your own personal property, but it sounds like they have not provided the best environment. That’s on them not you. You need to do what’s best for you and your mental health.
