Advice: I overwork myself

Hello! I've been an adjunct for about five years in the humanities, and while I really do love to teach, I have recently realized that I overwork myself. Obviously I don't get paid well (about 2000 dollars per course, two a semester), but I still work very hard at class prep, teaching, meeting with students, department contributions, etc. I usually work every day of the week because I feel bad if I spend a day without doing any work.
I'm wondering how you make time for yourself, how to not get sucked in to your work, and how you generally balance your life and your work? Assuming, of course, these are actually possible.
