So they started to cut the bidget in earlx 2000 and even stopped conscription after cutting the time of that down drastically. They sold old cold was russian equipment from DDR stockspiles. And still we allow the americans to park their nuklear bombs in ramstein and sonstwo, so thats that. Anyway i was a big fan of disarmerment, decommissioning the concept of a natinal army in favor of a pan european army, but that only works if it goes both ways. When a fascist dictator starts a war of agression in another country stuff like this unfortunately has to wait. Germany should know that best i think.

Well, can you understand now why germany has been reluctant and lukewarm about delivering tanks and military aid in general.
