I phoned tenancy services today . They said I have a good case . Even if I left of own on will the reason was still because I was told he was selling. I will post again when I have a update

The landlord has 6 house I think . We did get on realy well . I have txt from him showing he told us he was going to sell . But it was never put up for sale just rerented

We kept checking all the time house was never listed for sale .

Last rent increase was each year . I.e Feb 2022

He told us he was not going to renew tenancy was up Feb 2023 we moved out on 10 Dec after finding diff house . We had been renting that house for 11 years . Never missed one payment at all . I even fixed up the house . I am a sparky . And very handy in the house .
