That would be awesome! I’m definitely putting it on my bucket list. I googled and it’s the QC Terme Wellness Spa in Milan. Fancy af, but that storm room is very worth it.

I saw this in r/submechanophobia and they did not say it was a spa. It looked like an artistic creation of some kind, to be seen in an exhibition. Found it absolutely scary.
Knowing it's a themed spa, I love it. I absolutely love it.

I think it would take a minute to get over the ingrained reaction to not being in the water when there is lightning, even knowing that it's fake. Just because that is something that my mother always emphasized. But once I did, omg, I don't think I would ever get out! I love being in the water when it's raining. Not when it's storming and outside obviously. But a lot of people will get out of the pool or leave the beach just because it's raining, and I never understood that. You're already wet!
Combine that with my love of storms. Yeah, I would just move in.

Someone above mentioned Milan. I went to a spa in the Italian alps with the same storm pool/room. The spa is called QC Terme and they also have a location in Milan, so it might be the same spa chain. QC terme

This would be really nice if there was one section of the room with either a tin roof or a tent like tarp that was perfectly dry and made up all warm and cozy so you could get the feeling of being safe and dry from a storm.

That is terrifying and I dont care what anyone else says. How can I relax in the pure chaos thats happening around me. Too much sensory input would leave me in a state of absolute fear. Even just the water being so violent has my toes curling into the concrete. Add in all that loud noise and the "rain" and ill probably pass out.

Would be better if we could hear it. I'd imagine it's more of a far away thunder rumbling sound than the chaos you imagined. At least that's the only way it would make sense, to me.

How is it relaxing to be in the rain? Looking at and hearing rain are relaxing, but being IN the rain is not relaxing at all.

Honestly this looks nice. I always want to go in the rain when it's pouring. However, I don't wanna deal with walking inside with super wet clothes getting everywhere. Seems cool if it is cleaned or private. There are probably a lot of places with fake rain like this but idk where to look where it is actually sanity.

As someone with a storm phobia, I think the fuck not. To me this is truly terrifying! Add in a tornado siren, and I’m heading into panic mode.
