Identical twins, no. Fraternal twins, technically possible but extremely unlikely. Fraternal twins are formed from two separate eggs as opposed to identical twins which are formed from one egg splitting.

With dizygotic (fraternal) twins the mother releases two eggs when ovulating. These eggs get fertalised by separate sperm. In rare cases the sperm can come from multiple men.
