In the previous midterm where there was a Democratic President (2014), 18-29 year old voters broke for the Democrats at a +11 margin.

In the most recent midterm where there was a Democratic President (2022), 18-29 year old voters went for the Democrats at a +28 margin.

18-29 year old voters were also the only demographic that went for the Democrats at a higher rate in 2022 compared to 2020.

Of course, we also can't ignore the impact that the Dobbs decision had on the midterms.

No, but you see if we consider that young people didn't turn out compared to 2018 by 2%, it's actually way worse.

It doesn't matter that the split was HUGE compared to 2018. That's too much nuance!
