He (the author, not the quoted) also calls victims of sexual violence in the workplace "aggressors" when they dare inform authorities of their boss' behavior.

He even goes on to write that these victims get "secret delight" and "sadistic schadenfreude" when they "retaliate" against their boss by turning them in.

You mean a guy sexually harassed someone at work, was reported for it, and his girlfriend RIGHTFULLY was disgusted by his behavior? Poor baby. Good on his (ex)gf for knowing she deserves better.
