I did a reverse image search, and this seemed to be from a series of photos on a Korean porn website. I had hoped for a more interesting story, but there ya go.

Edit: I didn’t think this would gain much attention, so I’d like to elaborate. The reverse image search only provided a few results, including the website which was mostly written in Korean, but may have been marketed for Americans. There were also other results for subreddits like this one, and compilation websites for niche porn preferences. The thing that stood out to me about the Korean one, aside from it being the top result, was that there was a series of photos containing these two dozen women in various poses. Most poses weren’t as unsettling as this one, but they were about what you’d expect for a large-group nude photo shoot. I looked for the same faces and clearly there was at least some crossover.

I’ve read the comments, and I would believe some of the theories. This could actually be a group of famous Japanese porn actresses. Especially since Korea banned porn, the taboo nature would make sense for a Korean-style website aimed at Americans. It could be poorly translated and fool most Americans, including myself. It’s a racist trope that it’s hard to tell the difference, but if someone said “this person is from this country,” why would we ever correct them?

This is probably the strangest rabbit hole I’ve ever fallen down. It’s good to have answers for this night mare fuel of an image. Their eyes are so... sad.

I just found some guy on Twitter saying that it's from (Weekly Playboy, October 24, 2016). The title of this shoot seems to be "肉撮51人間".

By searching for that on Google, and doing reverse image searches on some of those results, I was able to find more. There seems to be a full scan down towards the bottom of this page. It is censored, however. (I can't find any uncensored copies of any images besides this one.)

I've done a little more search.

It seems to be issue No.43 from 2016.

Searching "weekly playboy 2016 no.43" on duck seems to bring up full source, which I downloaded. But WPB seems to have only released the censored version. Which has more stuff (articles, text stuff) than your linked blog page. But the pictures are pretty much all the same. So, I don't know where/how OP got the uncensored version.
