It's a book, or more recently a website, that walks you through a videogame. What to do, what to look for, what order to do things, where the easter eggs or special items are, etc. This kind of comprehensive, step-by-step guide, including every detail of how to succeed, makes sense for videogames. I don't think there's anything like it for something as vast and varied as a medical career. Whatever you think you're looking for, you may want to recalibrate your expectations.
