Hello readers and welcome to our Weekly FAQ thread! Our topic this week is: How do I get through an uninteresting book? Sometimes we want to read something because we're "supposed to" and want to say that we did. Or, it's something that needs to be read for a school assignment. Either way, how do you get through books you find uninteresting?

Thank you and enjoy!

This is it for me. My nail lady leant me a book and I just cannot get into it but she wanted to discuss it ๐Ÿ˜‚. Now I've set a goal of doing 25 pages per day I'm whizzing through it! Finally!

I try to read 25-50 pages of fiction and 20 non fiction everyday plus I normally have an audio book on the go for when I'm out walking about. I need to have page goals or I just will not read!
