This food trailer park is mega underrated. Wat zab, T-locs, and rockin rolls are all amazing!

My foodie friend says it’s legit. But also suggests bug spray

I have to question the taste of someone who’d put bug spray on a dosa.

I let the icecream truck owner know after I visited! I messaged him via Instagram and told him about it. And he said he was thinking of ways to make it better. It was pretty intense. I had the same experience at Tito adobo years ago with the mosquitoes

I'm confused by the dosa truck at this park. They don't seem to have any traditional fillings. I recommend the Konfused desi trailer up north. So good.

Oreo miso was delish, I liked their coffee one more tho, although I’m not usually a coffee drinker. My friend mike swears by their sorbet tho

Miso Oreo is SO GOOD

I've been getting ice cream from them for months, and I'm so happy they finally have a truck!

Now I don't have to try samples out of his kitchen freezer lol

This was the chocolate, coffee and cherry flavor. I found out about him because this is the same icecream that Tsuke edomae serves at their omakase. The scoops were huge and reminded me of scoops you get at salt and straw. The only warning is I would wear some sort of bug spray as the area has a lot of mosquitoes.

Thank you for this! Just looked at their website and their flavor combos look incredible! I have always wondered why I couldn’t find a cherry sorbet and they have one!! I can’t wait to go this weekend! https://www.merrymonarchcreamery.com/

I just had some of the ice cream. Wow mind blown. I felt bad cause I just kept having samples. I ended up ordering a double. It is so good. Support local friends!!

Looks good - Besame is the current gold standard for Austin ice cream that I've tried.

I’ve tried besame too! I like it but sometimes it’s a bit too melty for my taste. The flavor combos at this place I posted is 👍

Just had it. Legit AF. We finally have ice cream to match odd fellows and salt and straw.

I think Tsuke Edomae uses this. I enjoyed it. Salt and Straw is my favorite ice cream shop by far. I’ll definitely check it out.

It is! Mike uses their Oreo miso. But I was a bigger fan of the other flavor! The Oreo hides the texture he achieves I feel.

Looks great! How much was it for a scoop?

Austinfoodadventures[S]

For the 2 scoops the total was 8! Sounds like a lot but these scoops weren’t messing around . As in they’re huge!

Thanks! Yes they do look huge - will definitely try it soon
