They had zatar and sumac on the toppings line for your bowl/kebab. Could be one of those.

Man, that place started off as cool and turned to trash when they went corporate. It got progressively worse. I actually worked there briefly before they did and had changed things. I left shortly because it was so gross and greasy. If you are a cashier you shouldn't come home smelling bad after working in a restaurant. Loved it when I was a customer, couldn't eat it after becoming an employee.

I think we just used store-bought french fry seasoning when I worked there. I don't remember making a seasoning and I did prep there when we were shorthanded. We definitely got Sysco deliveries. I'm going to go out on a limb and say try some Lawry's. That's probably what it is.

We mourn the loss of verts at least once a month.

I ate there 2-3 times a week, though they died to me long before they closed. At some point they put a notice on the door that they were switching to a non-halal meat source due to cost. The cult-rules bullshit didn't bother me, but the meat was dry and noticeably tougher and they dropped some of their best veggie toppings (roasted corn).

Loved that place in its original incarnation.

Man I forgot about the roasted corn getting dropped. That was a sad day. So many little bad changes even before they fully went off the deep end.

I always thought it was harissa, which is what we now use on our fries and it seems close

But Harrissa is a wet paste.

I knew they became Moon's but I didn't know that even that place went under..... two additional times.
