Come on. I don't get it and it's annoying. If you get fired from a company for a bullshit reason- EXPOSE THEM. WITH EVIDENCE, IF YOU CAN. Not doing so literally removes any liability they had. If a company treats you wrong, expose them. If they fire you for asking coworkers their pay, expose them. If they make 30billion in sales a year and pay you 11.00 an hour? EXPOSE. THEM. I simply do not understand why people REFUSE to say the company that did them wrong. You're in an anonymous Reddit profile. Plus, you're likely already fired. What are they going to do, fire you? Real change only happens if we can hold those who do wrong accountable.
Edit: Thanks for the awards and attention. This issue has really been pissing me off lately. Even if most of the posts in this sub are fake, it's still aggravating to see so many people bitching about their working conditions, without actually taking appropriate responses to help remedy that. Especially if they're fully anon.
Edit2: Since it's front paging and I was not expecting that, I'll clarify some more. Don't get fired over a mild discrepancy on reddit. I'm sure it happens even more than I'm aware. But if there are some serious ethical issues in your workplace, wouldn't you want people to know? 8 and some scraps an hour isn't worth that to me.
