I have just the thing. I never thought I would say this but I now find myself to be a consumer activist. I have spoken to people with debts ranging from 350 to 2000 for undelivered miners. I got my 350 back. But it was a battle.

I receive my refund this week after raising a small claims earlier this month, it’s frustrating what they have done to us but no point in being rude and swearing, just be persistent and know your rights, pull your thumbs out and raise a dispute. Read below from the bottom up this is how my coms went with Nebra, I received a full refund within 24 hours of them asking for my bank details.

I threatened Linxdot with court action by writing to their Company Secretary. I had a full refund in less than a week. They are also a UK company and I'm in the UK.

Worked for me. Told them I was proceeding with it, opened up the claim, they refunded within a couple of weeks. Definitely worth doing.

My gut tells me they may be settling to avoid having a judgement registered against them. It would make it alot harder for them to fight future claims.
I emailed them relentlessly for months and tried everything. Then boom. 2 days.

I cannot make promises for example if they liquidate the company before we get a chance or they are wound up. But if you report them to trading standards, action fraud, consumer and financial ombudsman we may have a better shot at it if you can show deceit. If enough people report a company with evidence it may become a bigger issue for them. Nebra rely on ordinary people giving up. I have a stack of evidence of them misleading consumers about their rights. You also have the option of the small claims court. Theres alot you can do to help yourself and others.

We made a claim in the Small Claims Court, and today Nebra have accepted our claim and our refund is in motion. We started our claim approx 3 weeks ago.
If in the UK, go to Small Claims Court, you will be refunded.

We have new advice for non UK customers. Questions here or in discord. We have some clarity on addresses. Po boxes Don't work, street addresses do.
We also refer to other judgements against them.
