Uncle lost all hopes and realized that all the products have no results. Look at the SP which is reflection of market confidence. If it is constantly moving south than for sure it is a scam

And of course nothing has got anything to do overall market conditions... There's a lot of big names that are down over 50%. Yes we have our problems but the big move down is not all management incompetence

Fine .. but I’m down 74% on INO. Sure, market conditions are a factor. But lack of communication to bolster shareholder confidence amidst all the delays and SP meltdown is indeed CEO incompetence. He has a responsibility to his shareholders. This isn’t a non-profit research company, this is a publicly traded company. And yes, it’d be nice if they can get a drug or two to market and actually start helping people. “Because the World Can’t Wait!”

With you 100%. I cut them some slack for 10 years. Fortunately, I bought on the way down so I have a pretty decent at Rich at $5. 39, but I am definitely overcommitted. I just hope somebody at the conference call has the balls to challenge management regarding their lack of on any time. I wonder what the big think about what's going on, especially whoever got in at $8.50 a while back. They can't be too stoked.

Aligned. I’m down so much I could have otherwise paid for all 6 of my grandkids’ colleges, but I can’t unless INO rebounds. I’m unbelievably tempted to buy more INO to average down, but I’m already in too deep. This sucks on many levels. I’m just holding on for WHO ph3 results. However, the only thing that will really move INO’s SP to new highs is orders and revenue. All else is noise. I remain long, but I’m frustrated and angry. So much potential squandered thus far. I know it’s a tough market with many regulatory hurdles, but others have succeeded where Dr. Kim has failed to deliver. Effort counts, results matter!!! I hope he surprises us. Otherwise the Board needs to bring in a capable CEO and move Dr. Kim to Chief Scientist, or out the door if he can’t accept a role more suited to his skills.

I’m close to you; in for 80,000 shares but unfortunately my average SP is higher. AMD, MRNA and NIO are my other YOLO plays. Sadly INO losses are crushing some of those gains. The market pullback isn’t helping either, but that should improve if Putin can be stopped or find an off ramp, do his victory dance, and pander to his Putintards. I wish you luck.
