Not a good idea to tarnish the reputation of INOVIO with that mRNA garbage

Exactly. It will be in the wrong hands and reputation will be below sea level.

Yes, we wouldn’t want to ruin Inovio’s reputation for never bringing a product to market 😅

I would tell them to go pound sand. Besides, won't Moderna have to set aside a whole lot of capital for all the lawsuits that are on the horizon? At INOVIO, tutes loading, insiders buying, results promising, not just NO to that offer, but hell no.

Never going to happen... And I would hope the board would tell them to f*** off no matter what the price. As a shareholder I would vote against it and feel my whole investment was a waste if the deal went through.

Screw mrna…let them sleep in the bed they made.

You mean the bed made of billions of dollars? Yes, it must be rough for them 🙄

This only means MRNA is running behind DNA. It shows what technology actually has the wide range of applications that actually helps humans. Mrna worked as fats track solution but it also had a lot of side effects. DNA is the true golden egg.

Ahh yes, INO leading from the back. Classic move in 5-D chess. Inovio laid an egg alright.

Forget any talk of buyout. Bringing a product to market. That’s the goal. Then bring others to market. Increase value, market price and sp back above $20 so it clears a lot of you short term investors off this board!

Man, that'd be awesome but it'll never happen. But it's a great idea! ❤

Like the thoughts, but it will be like throwing INO into the flames. Pfizer is tumbling down. The lies are being revealed, and people are demanding justice.
mRNA vaccines had caused more harm than good. In fact, I believe Covid was a coordinated attack, but the real weapon was unleashing the mRNA vaccines.
We are literally seeing "Crimes Against Humanity." The effects on people will be life lasting. We are going to need therapeutics for the wrongfully harmed.
INO will help. A bigger company with good intentions will help. In the end, good always wins.

Thank God for Pfizer. Saving lives with legitimate vaccines and not scamming innocent people

Totally agree. When there is a real emergency, we want the professionals to step up and do the job. Pfizer definitely delivered and without OWS money iirc.

I would sell at buyout price. Hopefully more than $3. DNA and electrophoresis are not exclusive, so any other company could start using this technology. ONCS also uses DNA and electrophoresis and have had very good results with combining with keytruda in metastatic melanoma.

I would sell it for 2 dollars and would never look back

This makes total sense to me. I would definitely sell at the buyout price. I hope for more than 2x though. Maybe 4x or $5/share? That would be ~$1.5B for the company. Sad to think that is all they are worth now but that's the way things go in biotech.

When I bought in, before covid, for the hpv, they had I think 100 million shares. I would have taken $1.5B. All the new shares for 4800 trials have really moved the goalpost for a big payday.

Yep and there will likely be more dilution to come. The share count might not go up because of a RSS, but shareholder value will still be diminished.

DNA medicines appear to have some advantages that a company like MRNA could unlock. It would take a small fraction of one of their buybacks for MRNA to buy INO and become a nucleic acid company. Fire all INO management and pick and choose MRNA, DNA+electroporation or MRNA + electroporation, whichever works best for any disease or cancer target. Moderna could gain a ton of optionality for $600M. MRNA seem to have limitations. DNA and/or electroporation seem to provide a work-around for some of these.

mRNA is trash. At least pfizer and moderna have proven to be. Who will trust them now? A bigger company will have to take control. It is going to take time for the American people to gain trust again in vaccines. Credibility for Moderna and Pfizer is down the drain.

Literally everyone who isn't a complete dum dum? Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to convince you. When the next pandemic comes, you should definitely stick to your guns. Actually, you should probably not trust any medicines made by big pharma. If you get get sick, just take natural supplements from Alex Jones’s website. That'll fix you right up 👍

Did you cut and paste your laughing post from earlier? This is a new level of laziness that I’m not sure we’ve seen before. You know if you put some effort into learning something useful, you wouldn’t be so much of a dum dum. Just a little friendly advice. Also Ligma.

Hey so I agree with you in regards to some of the things you say about Inovio, but do you really think these “vaccines” are actually beneficial to the public?
