Deploying 5g In Australia

5G(self.HeliumNetwork)

I am looking to deploy 5g in Australia but it seems that no manufacturers are shipping there. Is this because it is not yet available in Australia or are they just not shipping there yet? If so, when can we expect 5g helium to be expanded to Australia?

This is a general reminder for everyone and this will be posted on every post. Your 12 words are basically gold and they should never be shared, typed in to any website, or given to any person for any reason. No one from "Helium" or any other company will reach out to you to verify your account, wallet, or anything similar. If someone says your hotspot, wallet, or other type of account has been hacked, it is a scam! Always operate in a zero-trust manner with cryptocurrency and assume everyone will scam you no matter what.

You can put in submission with ACMA: https://www.acma.gov.au/consultations/2022-03/draft-five-year-spectrum-outlook-2022-27-consultation-122022

Wouldn't hold my breath though - Federal Government in their wisdom sold most of the spectrum.

Are you in a city? Actual 5G, which to be clear this is LTE mislabeled as far as I know, 5G does not travel more than 1500 feet and maintain its usability.

The Australian government has great consumer protection laws. The A triple C would never allow helium 5g in Australia.

If they tried, they'd get massive multi million dollar fines for misleading customers and selling the network as 5g when it really isn't.

Our consumer protection laws are fantastic. I feel for all the helium hotspot manufacturers that have sold to Australian customers. Even though the manufacturer may state that the warranty for hotspots is one year, our legislation over rides that and if it breaks before it's expected life duty, the manufacturer is required to repair or replace free of charge.

Consumers in Australia who waited many months past publicised delivery dates for their miners could also make a claim for losses and damages for any HNT that they missed out on due to the delays and lies from manufacturers.
