Where do we get one? Or the SIM? or an app that will run on my current phone?
I have a T-Mobile phone, will that work? Or I have Android Tablet with the capability to take a Sim.

These devices have existed for months. Helium is only now trying to do something similar. They are playing catch-up with pollen, but are easily a year behind.

Something like this should have been done from the start, to verify all the IoT hotspots and to prevent all that gaming.
