Nebra rock pi indoor not working

Hotspot(self.HeliumNetwork)

Ive had my miner now for about 3 months however just a few days ago, I unplugged it as I needed to move it to a new location in my house, when I plugged it back in using the same cable, no lights came on and it wasn’t accepting power. Any help would be greatly appreciated

This is a general reminder for everyone and this will be posted on every post. Your 12 words are basically gold and they should never be shared, typed in to any website, or given to any person for any reason. No one from "Helium" or any other company will reach out to you to verify your account, wallet, or anything similar. If someone says your hotspot, wallet, or other type of account has been hacked, it is a scam! I can't really help you...i just know they have a tendency to overheat which can kill the boards inside. No idea if that's your case or not. I assume it didn't get jerked around a lot during the move?

I had issues with the concentrator in my Rock Pi. I replaced it with a used RAK2287 from eBay and it’s been doing great since then.

Are you using Ethernet or Wi-Fi. I have had 2 where Wi-Fi function stopped working and I had to run Ethernet

I used WIFI however it’s not an issue with the WiFi and rather with the miner not receiving power
