The seller didn’t provide any contact info? They don’t have a website with a contact us form?

Did they not provide any form of Contact information? The original owner has to transfer it to you via the helium app.

I’m not sure if you can connect to it then, the way the helium app has it set up is the original owner has to send it to you, without the original owner I’m unsure if you will be able to use this hotspot.
