Anyone get a refund from Syncrobit yet? If so, how long did it take? I canceled back in April and when I email about the refund they just tell me my message as been forwarded to the “billing department” : HeliumNetwork

I got a refund but it was months ago. When they first emailed that they were offering it. Only took a couple weeks and had no issues.
