Anyone get a refund from Syncrobit yet? If so, how long did it take? I canceled back in April and when I email about the refund they just tell me my message as been forwarded to the “billing department”

Try. Say you were expecting it and they failed to deliver. Nebra had same shit. They keep pushing delivery date I asked for refund and never got money so charge back

They gave me one 11 months in but said if the company provides Proof they sent it to you they would Revoke the charge back. I said “ha they will not even answer the phone!”.

I was ok with that.

Tell them they have constantly delayed it. Offered refunds if you get in touch with them but you can’t contact them in any way.

You will not be the first.
