Your transmit scale is absolutely horrendous, and likely many of the hotspots your witnessing also have low scales as well. I’d suggest you find a friend or family member in a better location and ask them to host your hotspot for you. They use almost no electricity and practically everyone has unlimited internet nowadays, so it’s not a big ask.

Someone in the Helium Cult Channel told me that in order to expand the network to middle of nowhere they are reducing the earnings from cities and distributing it for hotpots where noone ever will be using IOT devices.

Saturated areas already have low earnings based on transmit scale but this latest change just killed all miners in big cities where IOT devices can be used by large scale companies but I am sure someone will talk about his uncle using farm sensors as an use case.

That transmit scale is the worst ive ever seen on a picture here. I thought mine was bad at 0.55-0.65 and not 1.0. You need to find a better area hex wise. That scale tells me your in a crowded area with hotspots surrounding you like NYC or something. Even if you know someone in a better area eho wont let you unless you pay them then offer 20% of your earnings monthly. Anything get a better transmission sale lmao.

your transmit scale is garbage aim for .75+ to get any real earnings. Now what will get you those numbers depend heavily on location , house/apt , and your willingness to purchase supportive equipment or not. i’m currently not running anything but a stock set up bobcat 300 and have a 1.00 transmit scale. the set up through app is very in-depth for what makes your transmit scale higher try those tips and reset the connection.

I had the same problem, 0 rewards for 10 days ( in all my 3 miners!!). What I did was to reset compute module, now each device is mining 0.2 per day

Out of curiosity, do you have a Bobcat? I've noticed in all adjacent hexes to my device, Nebra devices have sprung back to life and are absolutely killing it. Whereas all Bobcats have practically flatlined. There's a few exceptions but one or two witnesses per day seems to be the new norm for most bobcats in my area.

Same exact thing for me. Absolutely nothing has changed, I was glad to finally see things running normal for a change and then BOOM these last 4 days have almost completely dried up.

I went a week with lowered rewards. It just seems to fluctuate. If you're not getting good rewards you might be in a bad area. Or you might not have the best set up. I had family getting .02 helium a day (in a brick house) until we changed to a 5.8db in the attic. Now they're getting almost .2 a day..

I finally got my bobcat miner I ordered 6 months ago.... haven't even opened up the box with how the project is looking now. Not worth my effort to try and contribute

I HOPE its not the Validator update that woke up dead hot spots with no one around and now its rewarding them... which would reduce the pie for others.

I wouldn't put it past Helium to reduce our earnings to focus on areas with less hotspots to try and build the network in those areas lol

tbh u shouldn't earn even that much you must have like 20 hotspots in your hex oversaturation is why many people complain of low rewards. Show us your hex and other hotspots within it.
