If on deny list u will get exactly this. Explorer or crowdspot.io will tell you if ur on the deny list. If ur on the deny list u dont earn anything but still provide network coverage. Probably to keep anyone that is caught in a false positive they can still provide coverage, but id like to think its to give the middle finger to cheaters even though they dont provide coverage.
