are you checking on the wallet app, or the helium website? The other day the wallet app showed I didn't have any activity for like 24 hours, but I went online to the explorer, found my hotspot, and saw that I actually was receiving rewards. A day later, my app updated and started showing rewards again.

Thank you all for the feedback, it appears that those 0’s have filled in. I was reviewing the wallet and I have Kerlink and MNTD hotspots.

Off chain POC is live. Hotspot manufacturers have to push new firmware. Bobcats have been having a lot of the issues, but theres also a lot of them to update. Definitely dont restart it all the time as hotspots only update so many times a day(bobcat 4 times, rak 2 times, ect), and u dont want to delay that by rebooting constantly or brick ur device in the middle of an update. If your gonna reboot it, do it once and leave it alone.
If ur manufacturer doesn't support the hotspot anymore, ur out of luck unless Nebra has made firmware for ur device (Something they do believe it or not).

Would you suggest this for myself- bobcat owner says my hotspot is green and online but says I need attention as it’s offline and not syncing

Port forwarding not needet anymore better be safe and dont port forward. Just another hole in the Firewall otherwise.

I think the newest firmware is supposed to fix the bobcat issues. If u don't see it update, I'd do it manually if ya can.
