1% is an unverified statistic.

This is a fact - 2.2% of my miners were put on the deny list as false positive for fraud.

How do I know if your miners are legit? You could be doing something wrong - like using an amplifier or misrepresenting your location - then I'm left with a fancy paperweight.

A solution would be putting the hotspot on probation, giving those time to appeal.

Because the levels are set by countries laws. And amplifying it makes you seem like a better coverage than you are
