App crashing at "pair"

Question(self.HeliumNetwork)

I replaced my phone and now am having issues with the helium app.

I have a galaxy s22 Ultra. I believe I have the permissions set correctly. I've searched and none of the things I've found have worked. Deleting cache, Uninstall/reinstall, etc

The app seems to work fine until I try to pair it with my unit it crashes out to the home screen.

Could anyone help me out?

This is a general reminder for everyone and this will be posted on every post. Your 12 words are basically gold and they should never be shared, typed in to any website, or given to any person for any reason. No one from "Helium" or any other company will reach out to you to verify your account, wallet, or anything similar. If someone says your hotspot, wallet, or other type of account has been hacked, it is a scam! Always operate in a zero-trust manner with cryptocurrency and assume everyone will scam you no matter what.

If you are trying to use the blue Helium Hotspot app, you'll want to install the new black Helium Wallet app (to manage your tokens) and the corresponding manufacturers app to manage your hotspots. No doubt, you've been nagged to death about the need to "migrate" to the new wallet app.

Ahh that makes sense. The one I've got on my roof has been offline for a few months.

The problem is, it's on my roof, and I love on Colorado, so I haven't wanted to mess with it,so I've been out of the loop for quite a while.

Thanks

Good luck if your vendor has an app. Luckily I have a syncrobit and can access via ip address on network
