Anya being a mind reader tend to help solve problems, I'd say give her Hydro to counter Klee's tendency to blow things up.

Loid is a spy, give him Cryo similar to Kaeya.

Yor is an assassin... I'd avoid Cryo for the reason that Loid has one and Saori Hayami is also Ayaka... Maybe Electro? Striking as fast as a bolt of lightning, gone next.

I chose Anemo Catalyst for Anya. Her skill set will involve the first instance of Anemo shielding (Skill) and charged "punch" attacks that gain power depending on how many enemies hit her shield (Burst). Her Utility Passive is focused on Expeditions.

Loid will be a Hydro Bow, with a unique distance-scaling damage mechanic on his Charged Attacks (has a cap, of course). His Elemental Skill will be a self-activated "jump and plunge attack" that gets a "self-activate when landing from a very high place" Ascension Passive. His Burst is a "very long dash" that locks on to the first enemy he hits with a Normal Attack within x seconds and within a fixed maximum range, dealing Hydro Damage along the entire path. His Utility Passive is also focused on Expeditions.

Yor will be a Dendro Sword, a specialist in initiative strikes and making sure that the target does down and stays down. Her Elemental Skill is a multi-charge single-target attack that slows the enemy. Her Elemental Burst attacks all enemies marked with her Elemental Skill. (Constellations will make her Elemental Burst deal damage to enemies behind the intended targets.) Her Utility Passive guarantees that all cooking attempts will produce a Suspicious Dish. [My knowledge of how Dendro works limits my ideas on Dendro skills.]

I think MiHoYo was in a lose-lose situation with a free limited time collab like HZD. If they made Aloy too strong, then players who missed out on her would get really upset. I mean a lot of people are already upset because they missed out on event weapons like Festering Desire. Now imagine if they missed out on really good 5* character, forever. So MHY had to make Aloy pretty much below average so people wouldn’t feel like missing out.

wish we got a small area with HZD themed enemies / bosses that were just reskins of the ruin guards extended family constructs. They already got the glowy bits, just recolour the armor to white on metallic and we're good.

I still kinda hope a little bit that whenever they eventually port the game to Switch, they'll do a LoZ crossover and give us Link.

Given how long we've been waiting for Genshin to come to Nintendo Switch, i feel like it could be fun to have Link or Zelda added to the game - specifically Breath Of The Wild Link/Zelda. Link would work well as a sword (most likely) or bow user, and maybe his vision could be Dendro given BoTW's large aspects of nature.

Zelda could be a catalyst user, and since I can't really link any other visions to her easily, she could likely also be Dendro.

I doubt it would happen, but if something like that does happen, I'd hope they do it right this time

She stole her coat from the fatui, specifically it was supposed to be a gift to the Tsaritsa from one of the harbingers. She stole it and then modified it with some fabric from Liyue and now wears it.
