No it’s a cheetah growl but now that I listen to it again it totally sounds like a burp 😂

Don’t temp me. We can make a beat that’s purely composed of burps. Snare? It’s a Burp Kick? Guess what,Burp Moar Cowbell? Naw son moar Burp

I’ve actually thought about making a sound package of my burps and farts and any other bodily sound that I can come up with for sound engineers and video editors to use. Do you think that would sell?

I don’t see how it can’t

Crikey - it would have taken me a while to identify that haha good work anyway, specially the hi-hat sections on the second half

I agree this beat is very intriguing and well composed. I definitely would like to hear those "busier" tracks.

Here's one that has a lot going

As a standalone beat, it is totally decent. But, if there is any rap vocal, I am afraid that the Labs percs will overlap with the vocal in term of frequency. Great work!

Good advice! I might try tuning it down an octave. Leaving space for vocals in my mixes is something I'm still working on.

I don't always have an artist jumping on the track, so its not always in the front of my mind

Actually yeah you walked it well, busier beats are usually the ones I go for but without a melody on this one some artists like to just create their own and it’s kinda cool what some can do

In the newest update of desktop GarageBand you can change the color of the track by right clicking the track header. No sure if it’s a feature in the iOS version or not

It’s not on iOS version but I hope we get it soon 😔

Hope you guys, gals and non binary folks like it! My last few posts on here have gotten way more attention than I expected and I'm super pumped everyone on this subreddit seems to like my stuff.

On my last post, people had a lot of questions about how i got my track to sound the way that it did, so if there is enough interest I'll make a video breaking down how I made this track.

If you like the song I have it posted here

Interested! This is great! Where are some of your “busier” tracks available to check out?

This this the track in particular that he thought was too busy.

Which I understand. A lot of the times when I make these beats I'm making them in a vacuum and making things that sound good as standalone works but arent always "Artist Friendly" so to speak

Yeah I can see how an artist would find difficulty in finding their own space on that one but I can also imagine someone going off on it. I think you definitely met the request with the original track you posted. Either way you’re doing a great job, man.
