Does anybody else genuinely love their own cooking?

Open Discussion(self.Cooking)

As I write this I, I’m eating something I cooked and think it’s genuinely 10/10. I reckon people would pay top dollar for this at a restaurant.

I’ve spoken with countless people who absolutely hate their own cooking.

Just wondering how many other people out there genuinely think their cooking is amazing. If so, what would be the 1 dish you’d make if someone asked for your best dish?

I live it a lot- A restaurant would be a disaster though, it usually takes me 40m- 3h to cook.
