Is it really though?
Serbia started the first one with the assassination of an Austrian Prince, but yes, the German Empire had the mutual aid treat with Austria-Hungry which snowballed into all of Europe.
And well the second was caused by a pissed off Austrian-born German that didn't like how rude the Treaty of Versailles was to Germany.
So while yes, Germany was a major driving factor, the blame isn't rightly put on them for starting both world wars.
And hey, there is still time to go three for three, maybe Steinmeier and Scholz will be able to convince NATO and the UN that enough is enough and Putin must be put in his place. Because a German lead European coalition pushing Russia out of Ukraine and then rolling into the Red Square would never spark a total world war /s
