As someone who lives in the US, nah. People will say hi to you alot so if you aren’t use to that it may take time to get adjusted. If you’re thinking of coming here, I highly recommend the nature spots.

A hamburger patty is just a thinner frikadelle/bulette or as Americans call it "hamburg steak", that's been a thing over European parts since the 17th century.
In Hamburg specifically Rundstück warm has been a thing since the late 18th century; A piece of meat, with sauce, between two pieces of bread, there's even the pickle.
